Project Motivation

My love for interiors and design pieces with valuable legacy led me to develop this conceptual project during my studies. The goal was to create an appealing web environment to exhibit classical objects, furniture and related content, leading to profitable sales.

Mission

To define a suitable graphic language to contain and present well products which are themselves design masterpieces.

The design should wrap the featured products and set the attention on them - leading to a successful purchase, alongside providing the buyer with background information and rich, modern, lifestyle experience.

The Front Window

The open menu is shown here on bold blue color, with all the product categories.

Large hero section with a slider, side scrolling between various life style images. Allowing the user to feel as if she is an interior designer, sketching and planning her dream home and collections.

Below the hero - shop preview section, containing featured products and two banners.

A slider gallery showcasing another product selection can be used to show different angles of the current product collection.

In the bottom part of the page the user will have a slight "pause" with a large, coast to coast, lifestyle image banner. It allows the shop to remind the user of the luxurious, exciting feeling awaits her when purchasing new design items for her home, showing those in the context. Also, it provides a moment of inspiration.

For the page closure, I chose another slider gallery below the banner to suggest even more optional purchases for the user. Below it, a centered image banner and the page footer.
